AIMS 2.0 Annual Report Sessions

The 2026 EPP Annual Accreditation Report is open for providers to complete by April 30, 2026. All providers, regardless of accreditation status are required to complete an annual report. Before completing the 2026 Annual Accreditation Report, please review the guidance and examples provided in the 2026 EPP Annual Accreditation Report Content Guide located below.

Please follow these instructions to access, complete, and submit your Annual Report.

The deadline to submit the EPP Annual Accreditation Report is April 30, 2026.

Log In

Go to https://caep.accreditor.com and login to AIMS 2.0 using your username and password.

First Time User?

If this is your first-time logging into AIMS 2.0, select “Forgot Password”. Enter your email address as your username. Check your email for the Forgot Password link and choose your new password. Once you have updated your password, please enter your new password, and click “Log In”.

Complete the Annual Report

Access the Annual Report by navigating to the Annual Accreditation Reports tab in the left sidebar, select the “Current AR” tab, and then your EPP name in AIMS 2.0. Further instructions for completing the Annual Report can be found in the EPP Annual Accreditation Report Content Guide.

Webinar Support Sessions

To assist EPPs with the 2026 Annual Report (AR) process in AIMS 2.0, CAEP will be hosting Office Hours starting in February. These informal, “come and go” sessions allow you to join at your convenience during the scheduled time to ask questions and receive guidance on your Annual Report submission.
