A yearly update submitted through the AIMS accreditation platform by an Educator Preparation Provider (EPP) in which the EPP provides CAEP with a summary of: (1) provider information; (2) enrollment; (3) substantive changes; (4) analysis and links displaying candidate performance data and required annual reporting measures on the EPP’s website; (5) progress remediating any areas for improvement, weaknesses, or stipulations; (6) data-informed continuous improvement efforts; 7) and authorization acknowledging CAEP policy. EPPs will be notified once the annual accreditation report template is available and the deadline for submission. The reports will be reviewed on a rolling basis and feedback will be sent to providers with information on adequacy and/or any necessary follow-up.
