The personnel, including both employees and partners of the educator preparation provider (EPP) who assess, support, and develop a candidateÕs knowledge, skills, and/or professional dispositions within the scope of the educator preparation program. Note that this includes academic as well as clinical faculty, and EPP based educators as well as P-12 partner educators. EPPs may include personnel referred to as coaches, mentors, or development team members.
