SHAPE America National Standards for Initial Health Education Teacher Education 2018 (HETE):

SHAPE America’s HETE standards were approved in 2018 for the National Recognition of Health Educator Preparation Programs. SHAPE America will start reviewing reports using the 2018 National Standards for HETE starting fall 2021. Programs can start requesting templates (or shells) for the fall 2021 review cycle starting April 15, 2021. The deadlines for submitting the reports for the fall cycle will be September 15, 2021.
